Carmen brings deep executive experience in sectors including financial services, healthcare, legal, higher education, senior living, construction consulting, manufacturing and consumer goods. Her background includes roles at PepsiCo, Wells Fargo, Wake Forest University, and leading healthcare and legal organizations.
