About the Speaker:

Leslie Speas is a senior-level Human Resources leader who has extensive experience in HR and talent development over a thirty-plus-year career. She is currently President of InfluenceHR Consulting, a consulting firm that helps busy leaders retain, engage and develop their talent. 

Leslie is passionate about helping people meet their God-given potential and helping organizations facilitate a culture of engagement and well-being.

She is the author of 7 Habits of High-Retention Managers which came out in April. She also writes a weekly blog and provides other supporting resources on her business website, www.influencehrconsulting.com. She and her husband, Tracy, reside in Winston-Salem, N.C.
