About the speakers:

 

Beth Gianopulos, JD

Beth Gianopulos currently serves as the Senior Associate General Counsel in the Office of the General Counsel at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist medical center. She also serves as the Associate Dean of Faculty Relations and Retention in the Office of Faculty Affairs in the Wake Forest University School of Medicine and Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery. Beth has been an employment law attorney with Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist for 18 years. Beth earned her Juris Doctorate from Wake Forest University.

 

Kim Caprio, Ed.D.

Kim Caprio is a Human Resources Director at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist. In her role, she works closely with the Wake Forest University School of Medicine senior leaders and faculty on employment-related questions, performance and behavior concerns, and policies as well as conducts investigations into discrimination and harassment complaints. Kim serves at the Title IX Coordinator for Advocate Health and partners with key stakeholders to ensure and promote Title IX compliance. Kim earned her Doctorate in Education with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University.
