About Ken Crews:

 Ken Crews is a senior human resources professional who brings over 40 years of human resources and operations management experience across industries such as manufacturing, supply chain, technology and consumer product goods. Currently the Vice President, Human Resources at Lexington Home Brands, he has also held leadership positions at Inmar and Douglas Battery Manufacturing Company. Ken has a MBA degree from the Walker School of Business at Appalachian State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Relations/Political Science from UNC-Chapel Hill. He holds certifications as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Ken has previously served on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Society for Human Resource Management (NCSHRM) and Winston-Salem SHRM. He is an Adjunct Instructor at Duke University teaching the SHRM Exam Prep course.
In 2017, Ken received the Lifetime Achievement Award by NCSHRM and was inducted into the NCSHRM Hall of Fame for his achievement and service to the HR profession in North Carolina.
